AnchorMaker, operated by Greenbaum Holdings PR LLC, sends text messages on behalf of commercial property owners to people who have contacted a property about leasing space. Messages answer your questions about the property and help schedule tours. We never send marketing texts to people who have not contacted the property.
You opt in when you text a property's AnchorMaker number, or when you give your mobile number on a property's inquiry or tour form and tick the box agreeing to receive texts about that property. Consent is not a condition of leasing or touring.
Message frequency varies with your conversation, usually a few messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop messages; you will get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email support@anchormaker.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
