AnchorMaker is software that helps commercial property owners lease their space. It is operated by Greenbaum Holdings PR LLC, 1413 Av. Juan Ponce de León, 4th Floor, San Juan, PR 00907 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
To answer questions about a property, schedule tours, help owners find suitable tenants, run and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. Messages may be drafted with the help of AI and are reviewed by the property owner before they are sent.
If you text a property's number or ask us to text you, we use your number only to reply about that property and tours. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver messages for us.
The owner or manager of the property you contacted; service providers that host our software and deliver email and text messages for us, under contract; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
As long as needed for the purposes above, then we delete it or remove what identifies you. An opt-out is kept, as a one-way code rather than your address or number, so we never contact you again.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of messages, by emailing support@anchormaker.com. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Each customer's data is kept separate, access is logged, and data is encrypted in transit.
